I have chrome pinned to the task bar, ctrl+clicking it won't do anything, but i did try administrator mode, which also made no difference

Update: tried disabling extensions, no change with or without allowing WB10 to skin chrome.
I don't understand why addons would matter if you have the entire application excluded. an exclusion should be a full exclusion. WindowBlinds should be doing absolutely nothing with any component of chrome, if chrome is excluded. I have been using WindowBlinds 10 on and off for quite some time, but whenever I use it, inexplicable bugs come up. These have caused me to uninstall and just... not use it.
