21H1 3.0.9.11 Quick-hide is NOT enabled

Hello, When I "Show Desktop" (Windows Key + D) my folder portal shortcuts disappear unless I press Windows + D again, any idea how this could be fixed? Thanks!

Hello, So after I get out of a PC game in full screen my icons rearrange in my fences. My windows desktop resolution is 3840×2160 (4K), and when I'm in full screen in my game it's at 2560×1440. I think the changing of resolutions is what's causing it but I really don't know at this point. I've tried so many things to troubleshoot this
