I get this issue for a lot of different windows, not just the command prompt. For example starting Oracle Virtual Box. Edition Windows 10 Enterprise Version 22H2 Installed on 8/29/2023 OS build 19045.3570 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19052.1000.0 I have to disable and reboot to get rid of the issue. I have two monitors connected to a DELL docking station.

With Groupy 2 enabled on Windows 10. Start a command prompt (for example - also happens with other apps) and the window is created but not visible on the desktop. All attempts to make command prompt window visible fail e.g. using cascade windows Close all command prompts from task bar Disable groupy from groupy app Start command prompt - appears as normal.
I also see off things with multiple displays - major issue is that when I create start an app (say command line or power shell) from task bar. App starts but window is not visible and I cannot make it visible with all the common workarounds (cascade windows etc). Turn off groupy and restart app and it is fine
When I open a file to a full screen window for some tools it works ok. Open a second file with the same tool and it appears full screen. Clicking on icons etc on 2nd window does not work. If I make window so it is not full screen then I can see that I have two groupy tabs and now the icons work. Mouse click areas clearly do not match graphic underneath initially. I have this issue on outlook when I open a message to a new window as well as with other tools. Problem is likely linked
Windows 10 64bit Groupy does not group all windows automatically despite settings - particularly when opening images in Photos app. Under win7 the default image viewer would group ok. I also had this problem with an CSV file viewer. Also because I was having this problem I stopped groupy from the groupy dialog box. Now it wont start again and when I slide the switch to "ON" it slides back to 'OFF' Tried a restart of groupy service but no change. Any ide
