I've read through the forums and I understand it's a problem when you have more than one monitor, but that is not the case here. I only have one monitor and whenever I reboot my system the fences move to where they are when they are rolled up. This only happens when I have the taskbar at the top of the screen using Start11. I found some old threads on reddit, but no solution. I have Fences 4 and Start11 on steam. Edit: This only happens when I restart or shutdown. If I put
