Yes, tried rebooting. I'll look at the link you sent. Have you come across this kind of issue before? Thanks for your help.

I plugged in a microphone in a USB port on the secondary computer but then multiplicity didn’t work on the secondary. I unplugged the microphone but now the mouse doesn’t work on the secondary through multiplicity unless I have a mouse plugged into that same USB port. How can I fix this? Thank you.
Have reinstalled and will let you know if further problems are experienced. Thank you for your help.
I have no idea why but intermittently my keyboard goes out of control and begins to type "o" repeatedly. I can not stop it in any way except to pull the plug on the computer. If I move the mouse to one of the secondary computers while this is happening, the "o"s start to appear on the secondary computer(s) as well. Please advise.
Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro works perfectly with one secondary computer but is constantly disconnecting from the other secondary. I have to reboot the secondary (running Windows XP whereas the primary and the other secondary are running Windows 10) to get re-connected. How do I fix this? The constant dropping is annoying.
