I think 1903 broke something in my user accounts so several programs depending on .NET could not run. I reverted the update and went back to the previous version (1809), but the error remained. I had to reinstall Windows (1809) from scratch, Fences works fine as before, will try to post more when I update to 1903 via Windows Update. Thank you!

It seems that the installer is incompatible with Windows 10 v.1903, it tries to install .Net and fails saying it cannot be installed (although Win10 1903 already contains .Net 4.8). If I try to ignore this error and run Fences anyway, it crashes with error 0xc00000135 several times. However, if I try and run it as admin, it doesn't display this crash window, just nothing happens. See the update below.
