Hello, Thanks for your quick replies. I've solved the problem by using a Windows theme from the "Basic themes with high contrast" category. By doing so, all my fences now get the normal attributes: the three Hz stripes menu on the left and the X on the right. Best regards, m_DVL

Hello, I've seen that you only have to click on the X appearing, while the mouse is hovering a fence to close it. But... I use Win 7 on a multimonitor system and there is no such X appearing on my desktop. (I wish I could post a screen capture..) Is there another mean to delete this fence, or at least to move it from where it was created? Thanks for any answer.
