When I configure full transparency the background of my fences are blurred and don't go 100% transparent. Is there a way to fix this? I would really prefer for them to be 100% transparent.

Does Stardock or anyone else offer 3rd party software that allows you to use videos as the start screen or lock screen backgrounds? Is there a regisrty hack or work around to do this possibly using a GIF file instead?
