Thanks for your response. It turns out I used a different email when registering with this site, so the new purchase was registered with my main email and I found the information I needed there and not with your site. I tested Object Desktop and everything seems to be fine. Thanks again :)
I just purchased the Object Desktop upgrade, but I can not access the software on your site. It does not show up under order history or my downloads. The payment went through. I have a transaction ID from paypal and your website even gave me a key for the Object Desktop software upon completion of payment. How can I get this resolved?
