I have all DLC's on, not sure if one of them is causing this but long story short, the AI's in Singleplayer can't use the Superweapons. Last I remember, when you built a superweapon, it was on automatic fire. Although it's great that it has been turned off, as a result, the AI's don't use the weapon. P.S I'm not quite sure where to post these sort of things, I can't find an issue tracker and this is my first time posting.
