I down loaded the only thing available to me on your site. Your system will not let me go to the link that you attached. It says I am not in your database. It appears to be identifying me from my Microsoft signin which is not the email I used to purchase the product. How do I get the package in your link?
Gee thanks for nothing! I still have a program that I paid for that doesn't work! I DO NOT find it to be a "higher powered macro program". I still find it to be a piece of CRAP that doesn't work, has no documentation and no support! I can only create 5 macros then it tells me I must buy the full version (Which I have done!). After several hours working with the software with no documentation and no support, I am a little aggrevated. The product is the Keyboard Launchpad program. The operating system is Windows 8. The trial version loaded at least partially. It worked but was confusing with no documentation. It also kept popping up a box wanting me buy the product every few minutes.
