Note that in your screenshot the titlebar icons (three horizontal lines and an X at the top of the fence) are displayed when the mouse enters the fence. In version 2 there was an option to disable that from happening so those icons were never displayed. The following screenshot shows that option in v2.

I'll third it. I upgraded but went back to version 2 because of the inability to hide the titlebar buttons. Please add this feature back in a future version.
