I like this design concept as well: https://forums.stardock.com/507297/page/1/#3821123 Stardock: Please update the design of Groupy. It was already outdated in Windows 10, but it's really showing its age now with Windows 11. I understand that getting Groupy to work with Windows 11 was a top priority for you, but please focus on updating the design with the next update. Groupy might not be as

Not sure if it's a bug or a feature, but since upgrading to Curtains 1.14, I'm seeing this white line on Windows Explorer on all themes (beneath "Datei", "Computer" and "Ansicht"). My OS: Windows 10 x64 20H2 (Build 19042.685) Other Software that's installed: Curtains 1.14 Groupy 1.46 EDIT: The
This is normal. File open / save dialogs do not get blur effects.
Alright, thank you for letting me know. Too bad, though.
Not sure if it's a bug or a limitation within Windows, but I've noticed this: I've enabled Background blur for Windows Explorer and it works as expected. However, the blur effect doesn't work if the explorer is invoked by another program as a "Save as dialog" (for example with any browser or Microsoft Word). In those cases, the explorer shows its regular look without having any blur applied to it. I'm on Windows 10 Build 19041.508
Great update! Now, if only the default Dark Mode of Windows 10 wasn't so ugly. Black backgrounds everywhere is just not easy on the eyes. If the Curtains team could do something about that in a future update, that would be so great. I don't even know if that kind of modding would be possible with Curtains, but who knows...
That Explorer Blur looks really nice, but the setting shouldn't be buried so deep in my opinion. Anyway, looking very much forward to Curtains 1.1 Final. :)
Curtain uses either the default Light or Dark Theme of Windows 10 and you can't modify the default white and black background colors.
Let's say I've accidentally deleted one of the pre-installed Styles like Cairo Dark or Dark Waters: The only thing to get those back would be to reinstall Curtains, as those Styles don't appear in the Online Gallery (please correct me if I'm wrong). Making them available in the Online Gallery would make restoring Styles much more easier.
Thank you so much, I totally missed that option. :)
Here's an issue I haven't yet fully been able to reproduce. But it seems to happen either after a reboot or after restarting explorer.exe: I'm currently using the default "Cairo Dark" theme without having made any customizations to it. Active icons on my taskbar are blue and so is the accent color. Here's how it looks in Curtains and on my system as well: But afte
When searching for a theme in Curtains (Styles - Online - Search...) and Curtain doesn't find any themes, it displays this error message: That message suggests that something is wrong with the Internet/Server connection. However, searching for something else displays search results. My suggestion: Change the error message to something like that "No search results found, p
"Fluent Dark" is also missing, but judging from the screenshot, it seems like it's just Cairo Dark.
Thanks for your help and for letting me know you could reproduce the bug. I just did a purge and reinstalled Curtains again, but at least I have a clean installation now. Waiting for the new update and won't search for new updates in the meantime. ;) Thanks again for the fast replies, I appreciate it a lot!
I'm a new Curtains user and on Version 1.0: Whenever I check for updates in Curtains, I'm getting the message that an update is available: But after installing the update and rebooting my system, I'm still on Version 1.0. I already did a clean install of Curtains, but the result remains the same. Maybe it's a glitch on your update servers?
