Fixed it. I downloaded the Start10 installer again, this time using the free version and it installed. Must have been corruption in the original download.

SFC found no issues. CCleaner found few registry issues to do with .net, have fixed them. Start10 still comes up with the same error when I try and install it.

Start10 will not install on a brand new Windows 10 PC. I have previously successfully installed it on several other Windows 10 PC's I receive this error message. "This app can't be run on your PC To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher" Any ideas?
