I am having the same problem. Windows 11 Version 23H2 ( compilation 22635, 4660) and Microsft 365. Frequently task bar ceases response and I have to restart explorer.exe to function again. Fences version 5.86 (Revision 8) sfc responses all ok. No corrupted files. I will have to discard this software.
