@sdrohan I don't have any records in my email either. I remember trying to file a ticket through the site, maybe my memory is getting blurry there. Thank you for the help. I'll see if the new key works. This has just been frustrating, and I've never had a lot of patience working with computers.

I'm about done with this software. I bought the start10 and groupy a few months ago and had problems making the payment until I ended up getting triple charged. I had to dispute two of those after getting NO response from stardock. Now, my key isn't working any longer and I'm pissed. I'm about to dispute that final payment and wash my hands of you guys. I like your software. Everything else needs work.
