I can also try it on a virtual machine, if it works there I can just reset my machine. Before I do though, I would like to confirm I can get a refund if we can't get this to work properly

Hi, I would really like this to work well. I would have to re buy the app to do more testing tho, unless there are logs are still on my pc. I had groupy 1 installed from the stardock website, and installed group 2 via steam. I did not remove or deactivate groupy 1 before installing groupy 2. The installation and configuration of groupy 2 had some hickups and glitches, where the settings menu had it's visuals stretched out when I resized it then it crashed. But that

What exactly causes apps to crash I don't know. But with some experimentation I've been able to figure out one way of reproducing the issue. (before refunding it) I would open a chrome window, and run youtube (because I did want my music while testing). Then moving my mouse on and off the edge of the window a bunch, it would slow down at first and crash after a bit. At first I figured this might be a temporary thing, or a one time glitch.
