On my computer it appears right after boot-up. Running in Background apps are Bitdefender Total Security, Lexware Info Service, AusweisApp 2, Ultracopier. Now I'll try to reinstall Fences.
I have the same issue. If I click firefox-icon it lasts 3-5 seconds before something happens. I tried to refresh firefox, disabled my anti-virus software, but only to disable fences helped. My PCs configuartion: Windows 10 pro latest version with all updates, AMD 8core cpu, one monitor resolution 1920*1080, display scale 100% graphics card AMD radeon 6450 with newest driver. schimanski2
