Just a quick note. If you're trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and it is failing at 35% or perhaps somewhere else along the line, it may be due to incompatible software. You may not get any indications of it being a software issue nor which one. However Start10 is one that may prevent a Windows 11 upgrade from finishing, even if you're not using it. Fences doesn't always seem to recover from the computer waking up after sleeping. Can't create any new Fences or even draw a rectangle select on the Desktop. I have to force restart explorer.exe in order to regain functionality. Also, If I do not do this, every so often the desktop flashes by removing the wallpaper, showing the underlying plain color desktop without wallpaper, and then the wallpaper comes back. On Client Surface device the mouse cursor/arrow is severely delayed. Reactions trail some 5 seconds behind. Basically unusable. Are there any settings I can adjust, please? Thank you.
