the app is working now THANX. Looks like it was a server issue, and also when it installed the sound files were not visible at first (I was defragging at the time and might have affected the install)

Thanx. I also nstalled a trial version, then activated it again, but it did not fix the problems

the download button does not work I went thru all drop down menu's, uninstalles/re-installed the right click button does nothing, cant import the 4 or 5 other sound files into the app (just aquarium) file showing. the app feels broken or unfinished. running win 10 64 bit AMD x470 NVIDIA 1650 8GB vram 16GB ram. and support sent a message back. Thanx for the link to insure a complete uninstall (if needed in the future). Because of the developer software tools installed on my studio PC my system is always being modified thru updates to the system files, (about 2x a week) It is working fine now, but next week when I allow Acronis access to system files for a cloud backup this will come in handy. Thanx again
