Hello, I have renewed my Object Desktop subscription and "My Downloads" says that my subscription is still expired. There is the renewal in my order history. I created a support request for this last Thursday and have not heard anything back. I can see the open support request but I am unable to look at it. Can someone tell me what is going on? This is the first time I have had to use Stardock Support, is it normal for it to take this long for a response? Eric</
