Thank you for processing my order, but trying to login to Groupy returns an error message that says that Groupy is not associated with my account. https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval also yields no results.

After purchasing a Groupy license key, the money was taken directly out of my bank account, even though I was promised it wouldn't be until I recieve my key from Stardock, and then I recieved an email that my order was flagged for potential spam. I replied and have now sent three emails in the past six hours and have gotten zero response. I find this very unprofessional and would either like my key or my money back.
