I need help with installing RightClicks it's my first download of a RightClick and I can't find and I have no idea where a tutorial is for installing a RightClick there is no readme in the download explaining how to do it

How do I create a custom faction that has Soul Spark? I click the Create Character button, select Periden, then click New, but I can't find anything that will give the new faction Soul Spark.
