Hi all. As suggested by the support, i'm posting here my issue. Windows 10 computer. Steam acquired game. When launched, executable starts but stays there. Analyse wait chain for galciv.exe from task manager: galciv.exe is waiting for another process (svchost.exe). Always from task manager, selecting svchost.exe (corresponding PID from wait chain) and Go to service(s): RpcSs, RpcEptMapper. Conclusion: it seems that galciv.exe is waiting for something happening
