Never mind... A second reboot and Tiles is running.

I installed Tiles to mess with it to see if it's something I might be able to use. I have set up a couple of pages, assigned apps, but where is the Tiles panel? It does not appear on my desktop screen anywhere. I have tried changing the size, changing it from right to left, set up a hotkey, even rebooted. The Tiles panel never makes an appearance. What am I missing? Thanks. Win10Pro 20H2
