OK so excluding apps only applies to skinning but not to background color. Thanks for the information.

I am using WindowBlinds 10.65 trial version on Windows 10 version 1709. I'm having an issue with Dark Theme on a program where the background is dark grey and the characters difficult to read. I understand this is a skin issue and not a WindowBlinds issue per se, however the reason I'm raising the point here is that adding the program on the per app exclusions list does not change anything. It appears WindowBlinds does not comply with the exclusions list. What am I doing wrong ? I've ad
