It appears this also happens with the regular Start menu. I shut off the Start10 service and disabled it, then signed out/signed back in so that Start10 didn't run, and I maximized and restored the remote desktop window, and a portion of it was behind the taskbar. I don't know if there's a way you can make Start10 prevent windows from going behind the task bar (maybe even with a preference setting), but if so, it would be a big help.

I don't know if this is a remote desktop app issue or Start10 issue. When I maximize a Remote Desktop session window and then click the "Restore Down" button in the title bar to make the remote session window un-maximized, some of the window will ALWAYS go behind the Start menu. I then have to manually re-size the session window to be able to get to the bottom scroll bar and the small bottom portion of the window. Working remotely, and having to maximize and restore the remote desktop window
