I paid via paypal and it had my old work email address on there. I did not know it would automatically sign me up under that email address and did not copy the keys on the initial purchase screen that came up after successful payment. I have since tried calling (why even have a phone number if there is no one to pick up if needed) and I have sent 2 helpdesk tickets for some software I purchased over 24 hours ago. I would simply like to switch the email address
