Regarding Windowsblinds, I agree with what Starker's says is important insofar as the top two being the highest priority. I too realize that once another program launches, they are pretty well in charge of how it looks, at least being able to frame it and have the overall feeling that you have control and like the appearance of the first two things mentioned goes a very long way. When you're just in the realm of opening up Explorer and are copying a file, it's really nice to have
I think you are looking at this all wrong Gaspershooters. That screenshot you put a link to in your post going to TinyPic on the word "now" merely shows the first page of tons of skins, you go to the next page and 5 out of the 9 are free, and the next page 6 out of 9 are free, then 3 out of 9 on the next, then 5 out of 9, etc. The problem is not the Master Skins, it is how the site presents these skins. Free skins and Master Skins should be

Neil is the coding genius behind it and if he finds it unethical or could at some point be classified as hacking there would be serious repercussions. It doesn't take a genius to see the decline of popularity. Just look at the WB skins library. Well over 50% of the newer skins are pay-to-play by a select few people. Years ago you had new skins coming in on a dai
If Windowblinds can't keep up with MS Changes (regardless of fault) and hardware advancements then, it makes no sense to keep it up. DesktopX became more of a burden to keep working than it was worth too.
Just want clarification. Are you saying that Stardock shouldn't put resources towards keeping up with MS changes for Windowsblinds? I'll admit I'm a newb, so I'm not aware if there has bee

I utilize WindowsBlinds and IconPackager. For me, they are the reason I have Object Desktop; them and Fences. Obviously it's important to see development and creation of things that will help us have even more customizable desktops, but let's not lose the plot here. Some of these programs might not be as strongly utilized as they were in the past due to reasons like have been listed in other people's comments. Some of these enhancements, and others might be the thing t

Right after purchasing Object Desktop 2018, I had the program Launch loaded. Accidently I removed the "Setup" icon, and now I can't re-add it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail. I'm running Windows 10 Home Edition if that matters. Unfortunately without the setup Icon for Launch, I won't be able to do nythink but have a dull looking four item bar. Any help would be appreciated. -Fred
