Yes any game, and occasionally even YouTube full screen. It fixes it until I alt tab again to something else, then when I go back to the the game it happens again.

Oh I just meant because I like the enhanced taskbar

I disabled it and alt tabbed about 50 times and there was no issue, except my task bar looks gross haha

When I launch any application in windowed fullscreen there is about a 50/50 chance that the taskbar will stay visible. Alt tabbing out and in again makes it go away but it sure is annoying. Issue present since start 11 1. I have disabled start 11 2 and the problem goes away. (I also have windows blinds running, does not occur in exclusive fullscreen)
