OK, clearly my licence is an old one when it was offered as a permanent one. Not yearly, never been asked to renew/pay for in-version updates. You mentioned Object desktop, how about Fences, as a single purchase?

I have an old permanent licence for Object Desktop that works for Fences 3. Nothing in the details about Fences 4 or Object Desktop share whether it is for a year or a permanent licence number. If its for a permanent licence I'll update to Fences 4 but until this is made plain I'm loath to part with money to upgrade. Does anyone know the answer? Mike
