Windowsblinds - skinning window titlebars in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Is there a possibility to customize only specific parts of a shell while leaving all the other goodies at default? My intent is to skin title bars only and since blackbox doesnt support images / transparent backgrounds I thought it would be a good idea to utilize windows blinds' customizing capabilities for this sole purpose. But here is the gimmick, when I create a new skin in skinstudio I get a fully skinned ready-to-go theme which would obviously override part of my custom changes.
