Hi, Yes, I know I can use the method outlined above, but It was a useful way of getting to the old menu instead of have to pre-plan and hold a special key. It would be nice if I could cut and paste an image into this message to explain the second issue!

Hi, Tried posting some screen shots, no success! Start 10 used to have a small picture/icon below the user's picture of the Windows 10 menu, click this and you were able to access to 'old' Windows 10 menu - No Picture/Icon available now! On clicking the start button Start 10 opens but I have to click the 'Back' button at the bottom to get to 'All Programs' this then shows the number of icons I have set in the configuration application, this is the same each time I clic
