Scratch that, any application I build with Lazarus is incompatible with WB, same stuff as shown in the screenshot above happens. I'd like if you could look into that, please.

I got issues with several apps, most notably ones using node webkit and the Lazarus IDE (latter of which makes Lazarus completely unusable since it makes component palette window glitchy making development imposible) As I move mouse around, it really glitches out, like a broken NES game. I'm using Windows 3.11 theme to remind myself that the laptop I'm using it on is a piece of...
Close!= the same. Also Fences are more like icon drawers than what PM was like/KDE Plasma is like. No, what I really want is for a software that reads from the start menu and shows all program groups and shortcuts in a PM-like interface. Fences can't do it for me.
No, that's not what I look for. This is not unlike running Win3.11 inside DOSBox. I want something like Program Manager that reads start menu items on my computer and present it in PM-like interface.
I've already got myself WB and WB skin that achieves it in terms of the windows, but there is still something missing. Does anyone know of any 32bit/64bit software that emulates Program Manager (preferably free one) and is compatible with Windows 8? Doesn't have to be a shell replacement, may be something that you start yourself (or put into startup). Can someone advise me what to do?
