Impossible to activate Fences 3 after Windows reinstatement

I have a new Win 10 PC and am receiving the following error. I've been a Fences user for years and now receiving this error. I have other friends and associates using Fences on their Win 10 machines so feel it is a setting somewhere that I've not found. Please help, love my FENCES " <a style="color: #66009
