Thanks so much guys! All working fine now (I was on W8.1 btw) Fences was listed twice in the startup for some reason, even though I have just the one, it was still there when I rebooted, just no rightclick, but purge and reinstall and reboot again all seems to be back to normal. After I updated, the rightclick menu no longer has "Configure Fences" on it up top, any way to get an older version? I use the icon layout everyday so that part was really handy instead of opening the Fences program itself.
