Thank you so much! This was it. I do have a gaming mouse. It's an EVGA X17. I had tried adjusting the DPI earlier today and that had no impact, but your reply got me to go and look at that some more. The setting you mentioned is called the "Report Rate" in their control panel and bumping it down to 125Hz works perfectly now.

I have Multiplicity set up on my desktop and I'm controlling my laptop, which is connected to the same switch over a wired connection. Most everything works great. My mouse cursor isn't typically laggy at all. However, that is not true when I try to drag a window on the secondary monitor. It's extremely slow and laggy. I wonder if anyone has seen this specific issue.

I originally installed Multiplicity KVM as a trial and it worked flawlessly. However, since I upgraded to the paid version, I've had an annoying bug that is driving me nuts. The audio from the 2nd computer plays through my primary computer as intended, but it's as if each sound is slowed down to 1/32nd speed and it stutters as the sound plays, so what should be a quick chime takes several seconds and plays in a kind of rat-a-tat-tat stutter. I have the Pro version and have set it up to control my two PCs. It's really, really nice. I'm using audio sharing and have drag and drop enabled.
