I have uninstalled Start11 because your update placed it on the left - my attempts to return it to the center fail - also your system confuses my account with my brother Scott's(!?) + am trying to download Start11again 2 place it at center but your system's requiring payment when I already purchased it when it first was available!!!! A-and this is your support help - a forum that other customers might respond to this or that plea for help???!!! Aeeiii

I can't wait for a maybe reply in the forum - I need help to correct this now!!!!! I agreed to an updated - had no idea you would change the position the center position!!! I am now going to I don't know what - delete the entire program and expect report that I await refund !!! Terrible - I've now wasted more than a half hour and this has taken me away from an important task I was working on prior to this debacle
