Thanks everyone. I was successful at downloading MP4 to the new machine (ARM) and Primary and setting up. Also downloaded to the old laptop and that is also working again. All 3 machines needed to be on MP4 to work. Appreciate all the input!

For simplicity sake for the moment, can I just uninstall v4 from the new machine and install v3.6 to see if that would work on the new ARM machine?
[quote who="JanOscar" reply="1" id="3986053"] As far as I know, Multiplicity will not run as intended on ARM based computers. Have been running v3.6 (just KM version with common keyboard and mouse) on my desktop (Primary, x86) and one laptop (Secondary, x86) for 8 years flawlessly. Purchased a new laptop (ARM/RISC based) and installed the latest trial version download of v4.07, and can't make the connection to the new laptop. Do I need to be running the same version on all 3 machines? If so, can I just uninstall v4.07 from the new machine and install the older v3.6 which runs just fine for my purpose? Thank you.
Every once in a while, I get the "missing mouse cursor" on the primary for no reason. Seems this happens when I have a couple dozen browser tabs open. If I move mouse over to secondary, no problem. Cursor show up as expected. Restart primary fixes it. Looking for advice for same issue but on primary. I have the "Prevent flicker when switching from fullscreen" checked. Thanks.
Think I may have figured it out. Wireless router ac adapter was corroded at the plug and not making great contact. Cleaned and reconnected. Working well now.
Did you ever figure out what was causing the lag? I'm having the same issue with my two secondary's now.
