Update: The email did come thru a long while later. I had first done a password reset which I received the email immediately so I was in the mindset that the keys would be the same timing, my bad. So now I have my keys but can't access the download because it was a objectdock subscription. So from what I'm reading is that I can still install and use fences but I'm no longer able to get updates or download the file. If I download the trial version

I have tried to request my product keys multiple times and no email is sent.
