At log in of my profile on Window 10 64bit my fences which are mostly lined up one below the other on the left side of the screen will be just a pile of icons on top of each other until the computer has finished booting up. Then the fences will all appear as they should. All Rolled up. My machine is darn fast. I7 6800, m.2 ssd, 32gb ram, nvidia 1080 All drivers current.
