Hi, I picked ashes up this week and I'm struggling with a couple of things: 1. How many refineries do I need, one in each region i capture, or one per mine\extractor, or as many as possible, because I just can't seem to ever get enough gas to have more than 3 production building going at once, even if I take over half a 4 player map. 2.
