PayPal is still unavailable

I always buy with these credit cards on the internet, only this site is not accepting. @EDIT I still can't buy Fences, i bought other thing yesterday with my card and it is working fine with all my correct informations. If i can't buy Fences, i'll unninstall, because it is boring to close the activation window everytime a want to use my desktop icons

Since yesterday I am trying to buy the Fences and I can not because the site does not accept paypal and say that all my credit cards are with wrong information. What should I do to be able to buy?
