Hello, I downloaded Fences directly from the Stardock fences site, and it is different from the one provided when I purchased Fences! I don't know if I have the right file! Then I followed the instructions: save layout, purge, reboot, install, reboot. I was afraid I had lost the layout of the fences on my desktop, but by restoring a layout backup I was able to find my fences again. The situation is the same : no "Unlock Fences" item displayed.

Hello, Hello, I switched my system to English, and you can see above the menu I used. It's the same as the one you spoke about. You can see that the item "lock fences" is not there. I think it might be a Fences installation problem, but I checked, and the installed version is indeed the latest.

Hello, Thank you for your answer. I add the key in the registry, but it doesn't work. The item "Lock fences" doesn't appear in the "display" panel of the desktop. I had the same problem on a Win 10 PC, but I fixed it by installing, and instatting Fences again. On my Win 11 PC, the uninstalling procces givens an error. Note : Fences 4 an 5 are declared as installed. More Advices to resolve ? Thanking by advance. &nbsp

FENCEIn S 5, the function permitting to lock fences in "display" function of the windows desktop doesn't work anymore since recent installation of new version of Fences.

Hi, I would like to lock fences in order to not be able to move fences with the mouse cursor, when I use the desktop with no intention to change fences. Thanks by advance.
