Hello, Fences 5 does not appear on my desktop when I initially boot up my computer. But after I boot up my computer and THEN restart it, Fences then appears on my desktop. Can someone please tell me why Fences 5 does not appear on my desktop when I first boot up my computer? I have a desktop, Windows 10 Pro. Can someone please help, thank you.
