Since most of the monitors are widescreen right now, a vertical option would be more convenient, I use dual monitors, and fences view both of them as 1 desktop, which make dragging annoying, I have to across 2 widescreen'strackto create and reachnext desktop. It'll be a lot shorter if it works vertically, just my thought.
