I'm having the same issue. Control doesn't revert to the primary when the secondary computer is turned off in seamless mode. I need to CTRL-ALT-DEL the primary and reboot to get control back. Windows 10 19042 build 630, it also has happened on prior builds. If I manually pull the mouse back to the primary as the secondary statrs to shutdown I can sometimes get it to work. Help is appreciated.

Thanks, not sure how to force the adapter. My Desktop does have an Nvidia adapter.
Additional info, If I blindly type {Winkey-L} in the black KVM window, the secondary Desktop locks and shows the lock screen. I can mouse click and enter my password and it logs in and displays a black screen again.
I have a similar problem. Windows 10 2004 build 19041 on both machines, Primary Laptop connects to Secondary Desktop. IF the secondary has a monitor attached, it works fine. If there is no monitor on the secondary then it connects and I have a black screen on the secondary. RDP works fine. I was using the desktop as the primary previously and switched, it worked perfectly before (I switched because I needed to repurpose my monitor for a short time for someone else to work from
