I too am having this problem and I've submitted a ticket as well. However...I just found a workaround. 1. Open PC Settings 2. Click PC and devices 3. Click Corners and edges 4. Turn off Allow switching between recent apps under App switching 5. Turn off When I point to the upper-right corner, show the charms. This fixes the problem for me.
