I wanted a more stable connection so I connected all 3 of my computers (host + 2 secondaries) via Ethernet cable and disabled Wifi. That seemed to break Multiplicity (KVM 3.57 00103.kvm same version on all) >> the HOST could be on Ethernet only (or Wifi), but the Secondaries would only connect if they were on Wifi . After playing around, the fix *seemed* to be: On Secondary computers, unchecked the radio box for "Only allow connections from the sub

Yeah that's what i figured; it's how i have it set up now (like an L-shaped mouse movement to get to the 3rd cpu), which is not ideal but workable.
I can't figure out how to create the multi-cpu / monitor setup pictured below. I have a 2x2 quad-screen setup with: 1) A main computer that displays on two 4K monitors (black below); and 2) Computers #2 and #3 that each display on a single 4K monitor (red & green screens respectively) I want to be able to glide from the left 50% of cpu #1 up to red/cpu2, and from the right 50% of cpu #1 up to green/cpu3. (Even better would be able to go left/right back and for
Hey guys, are you aware of and/or addressing this issue: https://forums.stardock.com/480242/page/1/ It's not a W10 beta issue; it's a pervasive sluggishness / lag that's affecting tons of W10 users and for many (including me) render Fences completely unusable...
Do Stardock support reps or devs actually read this forum? If they're not going to address this bug that clearly affects plenty of users (and for me renders the software I paid for utterly unusable, I think a refund is a reasonable ask. I'd of course much prefer that you just fixed the software, but if you'd rather just give me back $10, I'll take it.)
Not for me. Just as bad as ever. Whichever monitor my Fences are on is laggy beyond belief / still well-within the totally-unusable bucket.
^^ I thought that we'd decided that it had nothing to do with W10 Preview/Insider releases...as I mentioned earlier, I'm just a regular non-power user and I never download any betas/previews/insider releases or whatever, and I'm still experiencing the desktop lag thing, which is as bad as ever. FWIW, it appears that I'm running: W10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.693)...does that help at all? ALSO, while I described my lag issue as ONLY appearing on my 4K exernal monitor
[quote who="kenmcfall" reply="19" id="3666751"] This is a 'recent' phenomenon and I have spent quite some time working on it. I have found that the size of the desktop icons has an effect on the problem. Press and hold 'ctrl' key and scroll the mouse wheel up/down and your desktop icons will change size. I found that I could change the size and the effect of the problem reduced dramatically. I found I had to c
Yeah, it really doesn't seem from this thread like it has anything to do with W10 previews. Not sure this will help, but what was odd for me is that I first noticed this while troubleshooting a mouse hardware issue: I'd disassembled my Logitech M325 mouse to clean off the scroll wheel (and while doing so temporarily un-paired with the Logitech unifying receiver.) And it was immediately after I put the mouse back together and paired with

Created an account today specifically to post about this. Seems to have just started happening to me in the last 24 hours (though I don't think that I changed / installed anything, though I guess that could've happened in the background). My symptoms are kinda weird: I have 3 screen setup: a laptop, a 4K monitor, and a 2560x1440 monitor. The lag problem ONLY happens on my 4K monitor (where all of my Fences are usually located; though if I move the Fences to on
