My computer is on a port switcher, after setting up my layout and I switch out and back, the layout changes. This is a new issue with Fences 5 which I just updated to. Can't uninstall Fences in Fences Stardock Forums

Stardock Object manager thinks Fences is installed but it's not listed in windows control panel. Since it's not in control panel I cannot uninstall it. This all started because I can't create a new fence. The fences I created some time ago still work but I can't create a new one. I wanted to uninstall and install but can't do that either.
